The sky over this Texas Vineyard is filled with colorful clouds and the promise of afternoon rain. The Messina Hof Vineyard is located near Bryan , Texas and this estate vineyard grows Lenoir grapes for Port wine. This painting depicts the vineyard in its pristine state on the day before Harvest in July 2005. The shed on the right shelters tomatoes and herbs grown for the Vintage House on-site restaurant.
