The Farmer’s Market on Airline     $9,500
Oil on Canvas. 32in x 50in canvas. Framed 43in x 60in

The Farmer’s Market on Airline has been a Houston tradition since 1942. It began with 9 acres and is now grown to nearly 19 acres. The original site was comprised of two wooden sheds. This painting shows one of the original wooden buildings, cooled with fans, hand written signs and concrete floors. The clientele is as varied as the merchandise itself and represents the wonderful diversity of the city itself.
The signature frame is of solid cherry.
